Master Planning

Marshall Craft conducted a comprehensive facilities assessment and long-range campus master plan for AdventHealth Ocala in Florida. This work was part of the health system’s plan to meet the growing healthcare demands of the communities it serves. Our work plan involved assessing the programs currently housed in each of the 19 buildings on campus, totaling nearly 680,000 SF, as well as evaluating the campus’ parking needs and access points, and identifying high-priority capital improvement projects.
